  • Cider kits are a carbonated product and must be bottled in pressure safe bottles such as glass beer bottles with standard beer caps or plastic PET bottles with screw caps.

  • Our surveys have indicated that most customers wish to have fewer bottles of cider than the 30+ 750ml bottles when making a typical wine kit. Based on this information, we have selected cider kits which make 10 litres (approx 15 x 500ml bottles) as opposed to the full 23 litre wine kits.

  • When making cider kits in-store, we have reduced our in-store winery fee to $30.00 per batch. If you are interested in making a double batch (same flavour style) of cider, we charge a $40.00 in-store winery fee.
